A unified API layer over multiple suppliers — one request, automatic failover, normalized statuses for every order.
The gateway is a unified software layer between the EL OUATINE platform and service suppliers. Instead of handling each supplier separately, your apps talk to one interface: the same price shapes, the same order shapes, the same statuses (pending / processing / completed / failed / cancelled) no matter which supplier is behind the request.
When an order is placed, the gateway picks the supplier from the workshop’s priorities and live supplier health. If the first supplier fails, the order is automatically retried with the next one — no lost orders, no manual work.
