Gradual rollout

0–100% rollout with sticky per-user bucketing — the same user always sees the same result.

Precise targeting

Country or user-id rules override the percentage — enable a feature for a whole country or specific users.

JavaScript snippet

One line on your site: ElOuatineFlags.init(apiKey) then isEnabled("my_flag") — with automatic local caching.

Audit log

Every change is recorded: who, what, before/after — full transparency.

Blazing fast

Evaluation under 50ms thanks to in-memory caching — built for production.

Free tier

1 project, 20 flags, 100,000 evaluations per month — free, no card required.

REST API documentation

GET /evaluate

Parameters: key (ff_…, requis), flag (requis), user (optionnel), country (optionnel, ISO-2)

{
  "ok": true,
  "enabled": true,
  "reason": "rollout" // "off" | "rollout" | "rule" | "on"
}

JavaScript snippet

<script src="https://securecelleouatine.com/flags/v1/snippet.js"></script>
<script>
  var flags = ElOuatineFlags.init("ff_YOUR_KEY");

</script>

1. Create a project

From the dashboard, create a project and get your public API key (ff_…).

2. Define flags

Add a flag, set the percentage and rules, toggle it on with one click.

3. Evaluate on your site

Call the API or the snippet — result: enabled or not, with a clear reason.

Is the API key safe to expose in the browser?

Yes — the key is public by design (like a publishable key). It can only evaluate flags for its own project, never create or change anything.

What happens when the free quota is exceeded?

The API returns quota_exceeded (429) until the next month — your flags stay intact.

Is bucketing sticky per user?

Yes — deterministic: same user + same flag = always the same result (sticky rollout).
