Found a security issue on our platform? We want to hear from you — good-faith research is welcome and protected.

Scope

This policy covers the website securecelleouatine.com, its subdomains, and the services directly connected to it. Third-party systems (payment providers, suppliers) have their own policies — please report issues to their owners directly.

What to report

Vulnerabilities in the website or API that could expose other people’s data or accounts
Authentication or identity-verification bypasses
Flaws in the payment or wallet flows that could cause financial loss
Leaks of data, keys, or sensitive information
Any other security issue that could be exploited against our customers or the platform

How to report

Send your report to [email protected] including:

A clear description of the issue and its expected impact
Steps to reproduce (links, requests, screenshots, or a proof of concept)
The account or data you used for testing (your own accounts only)

Safe harbor

Security research carried out in good faith and within this policy is welcome: we will not pursue legal action against researchers who make a genuine effort to avoid privacy violations, data destruction, and service disruption. If you are unsure whether an activity is allowed, ask us before continuing.

What we ask of you

Test only with your own accounts and data — do not access, modify, or delete other customers’ data; if you encounter someone else’s data, stop and report it immediately
Do not disrupt the service (no denial-of-service attacks, no request flooding)
No social engineering or testing against people or premises
Give us a reasonable chance to fix the issue before publicly disclosing details

What happens next

We read every report we receive and reply to its author. We will share the fix status once it is in place and, if you wish, thank you publicly by name.

Rewards

We offer a thank-you reward for valid, useful reports, assessed by our team based on the severity of the issue and the quality of the report. The reward is discretionary — there is no fixed payout table.
