This platform is operated by SecureCell Tech by El Ouatine LLC, Montana, United States. We provide digital services for phones and technicians: unlocking and server services, checks, digital files, and a training course.
You register with your name, email and phone number, and you are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. Orders placed from your account are treated as yours.
Most services are processed automatically after payment; some need processing by the supplier. Delivery times shown on each service page are estimates that depend on the supplier. Make sure the information you send (such as the IMEI) is correct: the service is performed on the information you provide.
Prices are shown in US dollars before you order. You pay from your wallet, by card, or by any method offered at checkout. We never store your card numbers: card payments are processed directly by the payment providers.
After payment you receive a personal download link that stays available in your account, with unlimited downloads. The course content is delivered after payment is confirmed, as described on the course page.
Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
Our services rely on third-party suppliers; if a supplier fails to deliver a service, the refund policy applies: the full amount comes back to you.
We may update these terms from time to time; any update is published on this page with its date.
