What we collect

• Account data: your name, email and phone number when you register.
• Order data: the service you ordered, the information needed to perform it (such as the IMEI), and the order status.
• Payments: references of payment and top-up operations. We do not store card numbers — card payments are processed by the payment providers.
• Your messages: what you send us through the contact and support forms.
• Guest checkout: your email address, to deliver your order.

Why we use it

To provide the services you order, process payments, send you order emails (status, codes, delivery), protect accounts (sign-in alerts and verification codes), and answer your support messages.

Who it is shared with

• The service suppliers who perform your order: they receive only what is needed to perform the service (such as the IMEI).
• Payment providers, to process your payments and top-ups.
• Our email delivery provider, to send platform messages from our domain.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in (a secure cookie that page code cannot read), anti-bot checks (Cloudflare Turnstile) on sign-in and checkout forms, and we count visits to understand how the site is used.

Retention

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to operate the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
